Location: Located at the intersection of Bloor and Yonge, directly connect to PATH/Subway. Incredibly close to grocery store and other necessities. Apartment Details: The room is 10'8" x 13'8", with a closet 4'4" wide and 2' deep. A large window offers a fantastic view of Toronto and plenty of sunlight, and three outlets allows for many possible room configurations. Attached to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. The apartment's common areas are a nice living room with a television, a dining area, and a kitchen. Laundry is in-building, and requires payment. Living Arrangements: You would share the space with the current tenant, who is living in the other bedroom, as well as her cat, who rules the world. Must be queer friendly. Cost: The room costs $1600/month, with all utilities included, but not laundry. We would prefer someone who can stay for both July and August, but it is possible to rent the room for one month at $2000 if that is more convenient for you.
