The door off the kitchen goes into the large living and dinning room area with gas fireplace and the big bay window offers lots of light and overlooks the Main St and Hunters Bay for great sunsets or lighting storms. There is a 4pc bath that has a large Jacuzzi tub made for 2 with separate glass Rain shower and granite top vanity with towel closet. At the back of the kitchen is the hallway through the stone walls to the large bedroom with 3pc en-suite Rain shower bathroom. Across from the bedroom is an extra room for storage with 2pc bathroom. The hall also goes out to your private deck and fire pit area to sit in the all day sunshine or stargazing the night sky while enjoying the breeze off the Lake with No Black flies. There are no stairs on the inside of the house between the 3 levels. Each level is very private and one level living. I live on the top level and have owned the home for 20 years and have been running the house as a Luxury INN for 15 with great reviews on google and TripAdvisor. Great for a Professional single or couple. There is a very steep town owned sidewalk to get from the driveway to the 2 lower levels of the house There is 2 parking spots included in the driveway and free street parking infront of the house on Main Street or beside the driveway on Minerva for guests It is not wheelchair accessible or for anyone with mobility issues. Must have photo ID, credit card for damage deposit with proof of income or employment work with References and have own contents insurance. Must be over 25 to book.
