| Hello everyone! I hope you're having a fantastic day! l have a private room available for SINGLE OCCUPANCY in a 2BHK apartment. It's available the 1st of June, 2024. It's fully furnished. You'll be sharing the 2BHK apartment with me as I’ll be living in the other room. We’ll be sharing the kitchen, living room, washroom and the balcony. However, we’ll each have seperate rooms. A little bit about myself- I work two jobs, one is a remote position full time and the other is in retail part time. I keep the place really tidy as you can see in the pics and I'm looking for someone who'd do likewise. Rent is $1150/month inclusive of every other expense. First and last month mandatory. The location is super convenient in terms of groceries and commute as it is centrally located with downtown commute being roughly 15-20mins away via ttc. I strongly urge having a viewing to better understand each other and have a look around the neighbourhood/apartment. I’ve attached pictures and a video of the private room for your reference.
