| Looking for a female student or working professional roommate. Must be a dog person, as I have two of them, but there isn't room for a another animal in the apartment. I am a single female working professional, who is hoping to go back to school soon and finish my program. Bedroom fits a twin bed, but not a queen because of its layout. I have a kitchen table set, but have not gotten a couch yet as the one I had didn't fit through the door when I moved in. If you'd like to bring your own that is okay, just keep in mind the door frame is slightly shorter so you might having issues getting it into the apartment. Otherwise I can save up to get a couch we can both share. The bedroom would not fit a desk, but there is a nook outside of the bedroom which is right beside the bathroom you can use as your own personal space for extra furniture like that if you wish. There is a fenced in yard private to our unit that you will have full access to. I will make sure it is kept up properly and will not expect you to help with that. The unit does not come with a parking spot, but there is parking on the street. This is also all-inclusive, I will be paying for the internet and hydro. There is a laundry room attached to our unit the landlord has access to, but we are the only unit who uses it and it is coin operated. |
