(South End is not within our current needs.) We both have stable, full-time employment and a proven history of on-time rent payments and excellent references. One of us works in the Human Resources department of a reputable, high-end nursing home chain, and the other is a Personal Support Worker (PSW) — both careers grounded in compassion, professionalism, and long-term stability. Here’s what you can expect from us: • Reliable income and financial responsibility • Impeccable rental history and landlord references • No pets (though we’re happy to live in a pet-friendly building) • No complaints — we are respectful, easygoing, and sound-tolerant • Clean, quiet, and considerate of our space and neighbors We’re looking for a unit available by July 1st, but we are open to an earlier move-in if the fit is right.
