Room is good for 1 person occupancy only. Size is big enough for a small desk, chair and twin size bed You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 2 other guy students. Room is NOT furnished. No laundry on site, but there is a coin laundry around the corner in Kensington Market. Basic utilities included are: hydro, electricity, gas, and heating only. Internet is NOT included- you will have to call Rogers or Bell to set that up on site. Or split cost with current roommate. The room is suitable for professional workers or students and the location is close to the central business district, fashion district, entertainment district, chinatown, U of T, OCAD and Ryerson University. Site is very convenient as it is next to the TTC stop, supermarkets, dollar store, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart and tons of restaurants- all within a 1 minute walking distance. Requirements: No pets allowed, no smoking, no visitors staying overnight and no partying. Term of stay must be at least 8 months or longer. Payment of first and last is required.
