Rent: $1,400per month + last month's deposit Lease: The room is available for a full year lease or short term and can be renewed - Building amenities include a gym, game room, theatre, party room, conference room, bbq area and study area. I recently graduated with my Bachelors from UofT and work downtown full time, so I'm usually only home on the weekends/evenings.
