Description |
I’m looking for someone who can take over my lease starting from Dec 31 2024 to August 31 2025 with extension upon your request. I’m so sorry for being exclusive, but it is females only unit! To talk about the unit, the location is amazing. It’s 5 min from Dundas Square and right in front of TMU. For your reference, the address is 159 Dundas St E. The room is in a 2 bed 2 bath unit and you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is 3 pcs with a standup shower. My favourite part about the room is that the room has a big ceiling to floor window with the view of the park and the city. Also, it has a big closet, which gives ample space for your belongings. It is furnished with twin sized bed with fabric headboard and high quality mattress. Small desk and chair are included as well. The rent is $1500 per month All Inclusive. $1500 includes utilities, internet, water, A/C, and heater. Your roommate is the landlord who is a young professional in her 20s. She’s the nicest landlord that I’ve had. She prepared welcome kit and got gifts for me from her business trip to Egypt. She is accommodating and flexible as well. She offers her utensils, snacks, appliances like the newest version of Dyson vacuum, and air fryer to share. Your another roommate is a bunny. He is really shy and likes to keep it to himself. If you are interested in the unit, please share with me a bit about yourself. It would be helpful to know what you do for living, how you are planning to pay rent, your values and hobbies. Documents required for applying are credit report, letter of employment or enrolment letter from school, and ID. I’m generally available around 6-7pm everyday. Please message me if you’re interested in viewing the unit. |
