| 1 room available on June 1st or July 1st in Cardinal Creek Village (Ideal for young professionals). Cardinal Creek Village is a new forested and hilly neighbourhood overlooking the Ottawa River and Petrie Island Park. There is also a neighbourhood park with tennis courts, an outdoor gym, basketball courts, and a view on the Ottawa River. The house is a 15 minutes away on foot from the Light Rail Trim station (which will open in the fall) giving direct access to all universities, colleges, and the downtown area. The house is a 20 minute drive from downtown. The room has a walk-in closet and will be fully furnished with a double sized mattress, dresser, desk, and office chair. We will be using the Ontario Standard Lease (for 12 months). Last month rent to be paid to reserve the room. After, payments will be on the first of every month. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. The house has 3 bathrooms. Currently there are 3 young professionals occupying the house. Everyone is tidy and respectful.
