This unit is located in Courtice in a very quiet neighborhood and quiet home. It has a separate entrance and parking for one vehicle. The bedroom boasts of a plushy pillow topped queen bed with plenty of storage for items. The kitchen is equipped with 3 appliances and all small appliances that make cooking in house a pleasure. There is a dining area in the amply sized apartment with laundry tucked in a convenient closet. The living room has a large comfy couch with lazy boy chair making it comfortable to watch the flat screen tv with all of the cable channels. Wifi and internet are Roger’s high speed and unlimited. The bathroom has a nice soaker tub and shower This unit has all the bells and whistles with all linens etc included. Bring your toiletries, clothes and groceries and you are all set. We are a smoke free and pet free home and are looking for a single contract worker to be our guest in this space. We are conveniently located on a quiet street in Courtice close to all the conveniences. 401, OPG and shops are all within a 10 minute driving distance.
