Short term rentals welcome. Rent includes, furnished bedroom (queen size bed), full access to shared kitchen (own mini fridge & shelf in fridge freezer), bathrooms, and backyard and covered patio with BBQ. Wifi and internet tv included. Access to Netflix and Disney. NO ON-SITE LAUNDRY but there is a laundromat in town. We have a LARGE unfixed female dog and 2 fixed male cats, so you must be okay with animals. One parking spot available. First and last months rent required. The smallest bedroom is occupied by my mom (retired). Room is 14×9 feet. |
