| Looking to rent out two private rooms in a newly built Townhouse near the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. You will live with me, my cat and one other roommate. House: Two rooms available, one on the main floor and another on the second floor. Both will have their own private bathrooms besides sharing the shower on the second floor. Rooms are brightly lit facing the south and they can be furnished with a bed and table if requested. We will be mainly sharing the kitchen and living/dining area, there is a new washer and dryer available for use. The third floor hosts a private rooftop deck, great for BBQ and getting sun and views. Location: 10 min walk to the VMC Subway Station, near YRT/Viva transit, 407 and 400. Right beside an IKEA, near Walmart, Costco, Cineplex and many other restaurants and shops.
