| Looking for a summer sublet. This is a single private room in a 8 person house for summer 2024 sublet (May 1st - August 23rd). The room is on the second floor at the back of the house. The other rooms in the house may or may not be occupied by other tenants/sublets. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 small on main floor, 2 large on the second floor including one with a jet tub. There is also a large main living room, front porch, back deck and backyard. The house is right behind Albert street res, and is a 4 min walk from Stauff and to the pier. Price is $770 per month, utilities + wifi are extra (util+wifi will be split between the 8 rooms). House comes with 2 parking spots, parking is first come first serve.
