| Looking in Downtown West- Little Italy/Trinity Bellwoods area. Not in a hurry… I want to find a place by March or April 1st 2025. Looking for the right price and location…I don’t want to move again for a long time. Willing to pay $ finders/lease transfer fee for rent controlled unit, or work with real estate agent to find the right price and location. I can also offer to pay two months rent, plus deposit. Also willing to exchange custodial or property management work in exchange for reducing rent on a more expensive unit - I’m capable and can provide my resume. Soundproof older building preferred because I work from home on the phone. Must be accessible because I have a disabled child who visits. Laundry and outdoor area or balcony. Natural light is important- No basements. I will consider a large bachelor. I am a good tenant. 12+ years with current landlord, 3+ years same job, good references.
