The BLUE ROOM is a LARGE cozy furnished room in a 4-br modern clean furnished apartment in the heart of Downtown Toronto. This room is on the 3rd floor of a commercial building (2 flights of stairs) above a restaurant/bar (the Green Room) on the south side overlooking College st. Sunny and bright with 2 windows. Direct access to the bathroom with bathtub/shower. Kitchen and dining room shared on 2nd floor. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap). The BLUE Room has a QUEEN bed with an awesome memory foam mattress, a closet, a desk with 2 chairs and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto. The space is shared with guests in the 3 other rooms ✔ Key-pad lock for early check-in/late check-out (no keys) ✔SHARED: bathroom, kitchen, laundry and common areas ✔KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, electric store and electric oven. Large freezer and fridge (Please label the food with your room name). ✔OUTDOOR DECK to store bike and smoke ✔FREE LAUNDRY in the kitchen ✔QUIET TIMES: from 11pm til 8am ✔CLEANING: when you move in the room is clean professionally.
