The room can be furnished with a desk,dresser ,& futon Or bring your own stuff :). The rest of the place comes completely set up ready to live.Bus stop right out front an 2 minute walk from superstore an Murphy road bus terminal. I'm not a partier an not a smoker 420 friendly. Pretty anti social. Current roommate is leaving after 7 years to move in with his girlfriend. Locked onsite pay per load laundry. Rent is 600 all inclusive. Unlimited Fibre Internet included.
