I am renting my property in Oro-Medonte. I have had it for 3 years now, and my most recent tenants moved out. It is a big property with alot of room outdoor (backyard and front). My previous tenants took great care of the home. I am currently working on it a little bit and giving it some upgrades, but should be good to go July 1st, 2025. The utility (water, hydro, gas) will be paid by the tenant with the mortgage, and I am going to be covering internet and cable TV. Price to be negotiated and i am willing to work with the tenant for best price possible for all parties involved.
