| Hello I am an independent, self supporting female who likes to be of service of others. I draw a stable income as a silent partner in a business I established over 30 years ago. I am in search of short term to longer term accommodations in exchange for services. I can offer housekeeping, child, elder and animal care, gardening, cooking, cleaning, office administrative and other skills. I do not have any pets at this time, but love animals and have cared for many over the years. I grew up on a farm and worked on other farms with cows, horses, donkeys, alpacas, goats, rabbits, chickens, geese, ducks, other fowl, dogs and cats. I have over 30 years of experience in property management. I am a fully licensed driver, insured, with a perfect driving record, no dui's or other serious/criminal infractions. I have my own vehicle, plus a campervan and small camping trailer if needed. I have managed many kinds of properties, farms, vineyards, campgrounds, cottage rental businesses, a marina and more. I am a non smoker, non vaper, non substance user. Previous work and volunteer positions have required thorough background checks, which I am willing to have done again at my own expense.
