| Looking for a McMaster student (either male or female) to sublet a bedroom located in the basement from May 1st to August 31st. The bedroom is spacious, and furnished with a queen-sized bed, mattress, closet, desk, and chair. Located an 18 minute walk from campus and a 14 minute bus ride. The basement has its own kitchen, bathroom (shared with one other), laundry room, and a living room area with a TV. Same facilities included on the main floor excluding the laundry room. Rent: $950/month including utilities. Extra: Common areas are cleaned once a month and parking/communal bikes are available with no additional cost.
