Place is located downtown Toronto City Place, short walk from CN tower, financial district, Toronto island airport to name a few. A short commute to downtown University of Toronto campus, Ryerson, George Brown, etc. For shopping there is Sobeys just around the corner, Loblaws by Queen and Bathurst, & of course there is China town not to far either. Roommate (such as yourself): a 9-to-5 professional/intern, strong on cleanliness & hygiene, responsible, considerate, relatively personable, rather tidy and easy to get along with.
