| Hi we are non smoking family of four who have been residing overseas for the past three years and are returning home to Canada to live. We are searching for a three bedroom home in Chatham to lease upon our return in September ($1500/month) range). We are a very responsible family with excellent credit, references and good morals. We do have two small dogs that are flying home with us. They are a part of our family whom we love and could not leave behind. Please don't be concerned they are very well trained and very friendly. We are willing to pay a security deposit for them if it eases your mind. In all honesty, we are the tenants that every landlord could only hope for. Thank you for your consideration.
