| Furnished room with a queen bed available June 7 in downtown Hamilton. $1000/month Rent will be prorated if you move in-between months. I am looking for a quiet individual. It could be a gentleman or a lady to rent the room. It is a short-term rental for 4 months or 6 months (until the end of September or January 2022 (possibly longer depending on COVID). The first month and last month’s rent required. It is a two-bedroom condo unit that is approx. 1000 square feet. I occupy the second bedroom and we will be sharing the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. I am away a lot due to work. The bedroom for rent is approx. 124 square feet (13 ft x 9.5 ft). It comes with a queen bed, closet, drawer, and nightstand. The unit is on the 24th floor so you get great views from the balcony and living room windows. The unit is also south-west facing so there is lots of sunlight and warmth over the course of the day. Very secured location with 24-hour security personnel on-site, CCTV and fob entry to enter the building. Sorry, no cats, dogs, smoking inside. I'm allergic. No guests and gatherings at this moment due to COVID-19 – for my safety, your safety and everyone else in the building. Included with rent: • Water, heat, electricity and internet included • No In-suite washer and dryer but there are shared washer and dryer units on the 2nd floor of the condo building. In total, there are 20 front-loading washers ($2.45/wash) and 8 dryers ($1.40/dry). See photos • 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom outside the bedrooms • 46” 1080p HD TV with 4 HDMI ports and Chromecast but no cable tv. Use Chromecast to cast your devices onto the TV, use the HDMI ports to connect to game consoles, stream from your laptop or stream TV with your Amazon Fire TV Stick or Android Box. • Full kitchen • Two bikes available for use to explore or commute (you are responsible if lost or stolen) • In-suite storage room available for additional storage space A deposit is required for the entrance fob ($25). The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental. Access to the ground level gym, pool, sauna, squash court, pool table and entertainment room is normally available but it is currently closed due to COVID-19. For my safety, I will be requesting a reference check from your current employer, credit score check, and bank statements of the last 3 months to verify proof of income from your employer. A responsible student is welcomed - if you don't have references, please provide me with a guarantor who will co-sign the lease agreement on your behalf.
