This rental home is a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom, located on Pointer Street in a beautiful, quiet, family oriented neighbourhood in Cambridge. Quick and easy access to Hespeler Village, Kitchener Costco, and KW area via highway 8 (only 8 min drive). Parking available, 1 in garage and 2 in driveway (small cars more suitable). Utilities, rental insurance, and internet EXTRA (approx.$100-130/month), shared amongst all 3 of us. Bedrooms will be UNFURNISHED and cleaned prior to move in. SHARED WASHROOM BETWEEN THE 2 BEDROOMS*** Room 1 ($1000/month + utilities + insurance + internet) is a large bedroom with a decent closet, plenty of room for desk and other clothing storage. Large window to allow for lots of natural light. Room 2 ($900/month + utilities + insurance + internet) is a slightly smaller bedroom (fits double bed comfortably with lots of space) with a walk-in closet.
