| CAMBRIDGE - 4 or 8 months. University of Waterloo co-op (ATS, Toyota, Rockwell, etc), School of Architecture, Conestoga College (Doon). Private, furnished huge second floor bedrooms in clean, friendly, safe, inclusive house. Both bedroom are large (12'x13', 10'x18'), and have large closets and windows. One person per room only (no sharing). Female students preferred. Shared bathroom and kitchen with middle-aged female homeowner and two cats. Included: • High-speed internet. • Heat, hydro, and water. • Laundry (1-2x a week, evenings/weekends). Car parking may be available, please ask if you require parking. On major bus routes (nearest stop King/Dolph) with a direct bus to Conestoga College (Doon), downtown Cambridge/Galt (School of Architecture), and Fairway Station ( Kitchener/Waterloo). Lines 61 and 206. Extremely walkable, all amenities within a short walk (grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants). Suitable for quiet, respectful, clean, hardworking, independent students. Must like cats (unfortunately not suitable for additional pets). Respectful daytime guests are fine (no overnight guests please). Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only. Last month's rent required as a deposit, first month's rent to be provided on move-in date. Receipts will be provided. $900/month per room.
