This room is unfurnished and will be shared by 2 female roommates. Another room is occupied by me. Kitchen, living room, and washroom will be shared among 3 of us. Pets, smoking, or drinking are NOT allowed in the house. No sleepover guests or parties in the house. Bus stop is right outside the building. So its convenient if you take transit to kitchener waterloo or cambridge. ☆ Included in the rent: Heat, hydro, water, internet. ☆ Not Included in the rent but available: Parking is extra ($35). It is an outside parking area located at the rear of the building.Only 1 spot available. Laundry is extra. A coin laundry facility is available in the basement of the building. Each load costs $2.50 for the washer and $1.50 for the dryer. ☆ Not Included in the Rent and NOT Available: There is no AC in the building, apartment, or room. There is no ELEVATOR in the building. Only stairs since it is a low-rise building with ground level basement + 2 floors. |
