| Looking for a clean and quiet female roommate. Address: Eagle Street North, Cambridge, Ontario, N3H 1C5 Room Availability: 4, 6, or 8-month lease preferred A bright and spacious furnished room is available for rent for a single person in a 2-bedroom apartment in a low-rise building. This room comes furnished with a Ikea queen bed and mattress. You will be sharing the kitchen, living room, and washroom with me, an Indian female working in IT. I work from home most days of the month. Pets, smoking, or drinking are NOT allowed in the house. No sleepover guests or parties in the house. Included in the rent: Heat, hydro, water, internet, parking. Parking is an outside parking area located at the rear of the building. Not Included in the rent but available: Laundry is extra. A coin laundry facility is available in the basement of the building. Each load costs $2.50 for the washer and $1.50 for the dryer. Not Included in the Rent and NOT Available: There is no AC in the building, apartment, or room. There is no ELEVATOR in the building. Only stairs since it is a low-rise building with ground level basement + 2 floors. |
