| I have 2 private bedrooms available to rent from April 30th or May 1st. Price is $900 and $850 for each room. Washroom to be shared between tenants of this 2 rooms. It is 4 mins drive to 401 highway. 2 mins walk to bus stop. This is a new place, 1 room is occupied by me, and I am renting out 2 rooms to individual and/or shared accommodations. My preference is individual person over shared room. Each rooms are on main floor, have big windows and are well lit. I have 1 parking available and so it will be based on availability.
