| I am a clean quiet respectful and mature male looking for a furnished or unfurnished room to rent in Cambridge, preferably the Galt area. The room doesn't have to be sizeable as I own little and don't require a lot of space. I am starting a job in the Gaslight district of Cambridge and given it's stressful nature I want to be able to come home to a clean and quiet environment where I can relax before doing it all over the next day. Full disclosure, I am a smoker of cigarettes and marijuana but I always do so outside as I'm considerate to the sensitivities of others. I cook for a living so I seldom cook at home. I am willing to contribute to the property's general upkeep as well. I can only afford $700 per month at this time and I only have one month's rent currently. I am a believer in doing business fairly but I might need a bit of extra time to pay the last month's rent. I simply need a small break.
