| My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for new roommates. The room with the single bed is available immediately (unfurnished). The room with the full bedroom suite is available after may 24 (also unfurnished). The full apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 piece washroom and in-unit laundry room + storage space/closets. There's also a small front and back yard with some garden space and a BBQ. Both bedrooms pictured are currently available. The total rent for the apartment is 2400/m utilities included. One person would be 1200/m + internet (split 50/50 with me) and the second room would just be storage/a guest room. Otherwise it's 750/room + internet. Storage space is available. Bus stops and grocery stores are all within a 10 minute walking distance. |
