Near bus stop, hwy 24 / 124 and 401. Minutes to University of Kitchener, Conestoga or Guelph. Must be: STUDENT NON SMOKER IMPECCABLE HYGIENE 'OCD TYPE' CLEANLINESS Fabulous spot for students first time away from home...parents rest happy when their kids live here. Preference given to students who have permanent residence in Ontario who go 'home' on weekends and holidays. WE have many years experience w students who usually stay with us until they graduate.
