| I have a bungalow in Preston that upper level will be ready to rent March 1st, however, the basement part hoping to rent out (presently inlaw set up) needs upgrading. Or possibly rent the whole house to someone who has a big family and some live upstairs and some downstairs. It presently has inlaw in basement but needs upgrading and renovation (empty for the moment). If you are handy we can help each other out. I am offering cheaper rent for anyone who can help me repair the lower unit to rent out in the future. All to be negotated upon meeting if your a handy guy with references and can show me your work.
