Looking for a female roommate to share my home with. Living with the owner and one other female tenant. Preference is short term rental, but willing to allow long-term for the right fit. Room is furnished with a single bed, small desk and bookshelf. It is not a large room, but there is access to entire house. There is 1.5 baths and a hot tub for use. Must be a clean individual! Non-negotiable. Must love dogs as I have a large dog, no other pets allowed due to this. Parking, utilities included.. internet is extra. Available May 1st.. potential for slightly earlier move in.
