Because of recession no last month required if room will be occupied by one female. That means only first month rent and you can have the room. We understand how situation is now a days and wanted to help a little bit. Internet available and $30 extra per month for utilities. You can use laundry once a week on weekend. There is TV with cable that you can watch. Bed and mattress is provided as shown in picture. Washroom and kitchen will be shared with us. Parking can be provided if you have a car.
