Entry level den and laundry with access to a big backyard with deck. Second level is the main living space with open concept kitchen. Third level houses all the bedrooms and you would have your pick from 2 available. Parking for one small to medium size car included. House is walking distance to most ammenities (bank, grocery etc) very close to bus stop, major highways. Only 8 minute drive from the waterfront. As this is my personal space and I work from home when in the country, looking for someone I vibe with. Must be employed out of the house full time. No pets.
