(All up to you if you want them or want to get them removed) Roommate is currently an undergraduate student at University of Toronto, and has a normal schedule, occasionally gaming, and going to school in the summer. Looking for someone whos organized, and clean. ⌚ Move-in time: Early May/late April, ready to move in (DM me for exact move-in time) 15 mins to UofT RB Library, 7 mins to EJ library, next to Yonge Street and Bloor street, 5 mins walking distance to all kinds of resturants and supermarkets(Hmart, bloor-street market, Eataly) and a 24h Rabba Fine Foods convince store right down the building. 3 minutes walk to Yonge-Bloor subway station. All kinds of amenities are available in the building, such as 2 gyms, 1 big swimming pool, sauna, movie room, hot tub, party room, etc. 24 hours security to ensure the safety. The room was 1600 when I started renting it, but now we are only looking for something around 1250, price is negotiable.
