Could comfortably sleep 4 adults+, thanks to a dinette bed, RV sofa bed, clic clac sofa bed, and a queen-sized bed in the bedroom. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen including; All the dishware, serving ware, cutlery and utensils you could need. Pots, frypan, air fryer, small Foreman grill, 4 slice toaster. Everything needed to easily whip up delicious meals during your stay. A small 'coffee corner' includes a Keurig, a stainless press if you prefer pressed coffee, a teapot and a wine bucket chiller. Two TVs, (one in the common area, another in the bedroom).A collection of DVDs, and lots of various age appropriate board games for rainy day fun. A sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. The 3-piece bathroom includes a shower with skylight. Outdoors, you will enjoy various seating area's starting with the east-facing deck with electric awning, patio table and 4 chairs. The perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and morning sunrise. A large tree shaded sitting/conversation area at the back with 4 comfy padded chairs and coffee table. Or gather around the fire ring, a perfect way to wind down the day. On-site entertainment includes corn hole, and other outdoor games, Child size life jackets for water safety, beach toys, basic fishing gear. There are golf courses, a firing range, a 5 floor antique market, museums and so much more within a 30 minute drive, Burford a quaint small town is only a 5 min drive. You'll find all the basic amenities.. post office, pharmacy, Home Hardware, Foodland and banks.. additionally... at least 4 eateries, and an ice cream shoppe!
