| Two large bedrooms for rent in a clean, quiet home that comes with the bonus of an awesome landlord. Use of the laundry room will be shared with me, but otherwise, the rec-room and downstairs washroom are shared between renters. A (soon to be installed) coffee bar will be provided in the laundry area (bring your favorite Keurig pods!), and each room will be equipped with a (brand spanking new!) mini-fridge and microwave. And even with all that, if a desk is what you need, there is still space to fit one in.! A 5 minute cycle or a half hour walk gets you to school, there is transit nearby too, and if you have a car we can talk about parking. No smoking, pets, parties, drug or alcohol abuse. A guarantor and/or references are required. |
