All-inclusive spacious rooms for rent (3-5) in a newly renovated, well maintained house. 5 minute drive to St. Lawrence College and all amenities are within walking or 10-15 mins walking distance (groceries, restaurants and shopping). Rooms fit a double to king bed and desk comfortably. First and last month rent required and on a 10 month contract (September – June). Room is $660 per month Features: • WiFi • Utilities (gas, hydro, water) included • Air Conditioned • Smoke detectors installed in every room and common areas • Washer and dryer in basement (must provide own soaps HE required) • Common dinning, kitchen, and living room fully equipped/ furnished (must provide own plates, cups, and utensils) • Extra Freezer located downstairs • Large backyard No smoking and no pets Please note: We are looking for a student who is quiet and respectful of other roommates preferably female. |
