| This is for STUDENTS ONLY - st Lawrence students. All-inclusive spacious rooms 3-4 for rent in a newly renovated, well maintained house. Five minute drive or a 10 minute bus ride to St. Lawrence College and all amenities are within walking distance (groceries, restaurants and shopping). Rooms fit a double to king size bed and desk. Rooms include a closet. First and last month rent required and on a 10 month contract (September – June). Room is $660 per month Features: • WiFi • Utilities (gas, hydro, water) included • Air Conditioned • Smoke detectors installed in every room and common areas • Washer and dryer in basement (must provide own soaps HE required) • Common dinning, kitchen, and living room fully equipped/ furnished (must provide own plates, cups, and utensils) • Extra Freezer located downstairs • Large backyard No smoking and no pets Please note: We are looking for a student who is quiet and respectful of other roommates preferably female. |
