| I’m looking for a one bedroom apartment or a one bedroom house with maybe a few other people that are living there. I’m looking for a February 1 move in date. I can pay first and last month rent up to $1300 a month. I have references and documents of income and almost a 600 credit score. By February it should be about 620-650+. I’m a 38 year old male with no animals and I don’t smoke. I’m looking for a place in Brockville. An all inclusive place is ideal but I don’t mind paying for utilities and wifi. Anywhere in Brockville is fine for me. I basically just need a one bedroom apartment with a bathroom or I’m willing to share paying rent with someone else, or taking the lease over if possible. I would consider renting a room in a house with a couple people who live there but it would be a short term rental until I can get my own apartment. I’m also willing to talk to anyone who is interested in the possibility of renting a small house to share. |
