| I am seeking someone to sublet my room from May 1st to August 31st. I share the space with two female roommates: one is in her first year of a Master's in Public Texts, and the other is a first-year Ph.D. student in Bioinformatics. We occupy the second floor of a two-story house, which features a kitchen, living room, sun porch, bathroom, and three bedrooms. I am offering the largest bedroom for sublet. Additionally, there is a parking space available. The house includes amenities like a washer and dryer in the basement and comes furnished, although the bedroom for sublet will not be. Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our house is conveniently located just a few minutes away from two bus stops with routes to Trent. We are also close to Traill College (about a 6-minute walk), FreshCo, and various restaurants. utilities are not included. our electricity bill tends to be higher in winter, around $90 each per month, but it should decrease in spring and summer. For water, we pay approximately $60 every two months each, and for internet, it's $20 each per month. If you’re interested please let me know so we can move forward!
