Near Highway exit, Brock Rd and 401. Looking for 1 male or a couple. Internet and utilities INCLUDED. 1 private bedroom for rent with bed, desk, chair. House is very spacious, clean, peaceful, central AC/Heat and renovated and beautiful park right by house and only 3 min walk to main bus stop 112 Brock on Durham Transit and close to Walmart etc. Looking for full time employed, nice, friendly and cooperative roommate. Rent is 790 per month for 1 person (internet and utilities included) and 920 for 2 occupants and 6 months commitment required after which will become month to month. Room is located on upper floor so no worries of people living above u and making noise above u like in basement or ground floor rooms. The kitchen will be shared with all 4 of us(all professional people and mostly out at work) and u will have 2 entire cupboard spaces and one shelve which is lots of space. 2 washroom for 4 of us which is good. You can use the living room if want to hangout. Laundry/ dryer will be available 2 loads a week. Room is furnished w bed, pillows, nighttable and desk/chair. Storage space also available in the garage and inside house. Basic Rules of the roommate agreement – No Pets, No smoking inside the house, No loud noises after 10.00pm, clean up your own dishes, cameras in main entrance/ garage for everyone’s safety, no parties allowed, 1 visitor allowed 3 times a week with 1 overnight stay a week(like if have gf), main reason so house does not get overcrowded, and have to be friendly/non aggressive with roommates. House is very spacious, quiet peaceful and want to keep it that way. Other roommates rarely ever have guests over, professional and keep to themselves. Utilities and high speed internet included in rent. First and last month rent required plus 100 security deposit which will be returned when leaving ( so 1680 total). Can pay booking deposit if get room and the rest owing during signing agreement on day get the room. Payment will be done using Interac email transfer so there is record of payment and trackable for your peace of mind that no scam. Room available from August 1st. Room size is 13 ft by 13 ft approximately.
