| Hi everyone, Im looking for an apartment anywhere in Toronto. Im looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom depending on price for myself and my son. I would he willing to accept a place where we share a kitchen/laundry. Or even a place that doesn't have a stove. I am on ODSP, my rent can get sent to you directly. I also have a cosigner or guarantor if needed. My son is 20 years old and in school full time and works part time. Neither of us smoke, drink or do drugs. We do not party, we don't even vape. We do NOT keep guests, and we do NOT entertain. We are quiet and respectful of your space. You wouldn't even know we are there. We do have 2 small dogs they r both about 8 lbs each. They r senior dogs. I can give you a pet deposit with no problem. I do have a letter from my previous landlord stating we have never been late with rent and our dogs were never an issue and there was no damage. I also have references. I am desperate to find a place as soon as possible. If the landlord is senior or need help, I am a PSW and I would be willing to help them to my ability. My son can help around the house, shovel or run errands. Please if there is anyone who would be willing to help us I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you |
