| Nice bedroom, T.V room, Kitchen, Launbathrooms, parking for 1 car. I am a young male 66 years old must be clean and clean up after yourself. 1st and last . We will be sharing space together so we need to get along. 2 bathrooms with the main bathroom right beside your bedroom, full use of kitchen, sorry, no hot plates in room, house is nicely decorated and furnished but haven't made a decision on a bed. If you are bringing your own mattress, i cannot allow it in the house until I make sure there are no bed bugs. This is a 1 year rental, to be discussed at end of 12 months. |
