Furnished shared Room in a newly constructed legal basement is available for preferably two girl students. This place is near to Fresh Pick grocery store. Sheridan College Brampton is at walking distance. Room is available for immediate occupancy or from August 01. Two separate beds, shared closet, mirror are in the room. Utilities and unlimited uninterrupted Hi speed internet is included in the rent. All appliances are brand new. Good use of them is expected. Two friends are encouraged to come together to occupy in the same room and use seperate washroom allocated for this room. If one is coming a single room is provided with additional charge. Parking cannot be provided for shared room girls. It is negotiable for someone who wants a single room. Both bus stops are few blocks away. Fresh pick, grocery store is few blocks away. Please bring your clothing only. Please do not bring left over foods or used furniture to avoid contamination. We offer each of you $50 for buying groceries when you occupy the room. No business activities allowed. We will provide new utensils if necessary. Please let us know if you need any such in advance.
