| The property is near Gold Shepherd school with a park beside it. Well connected with transit having 2 bus stops at 700 meters. Safe community along with a big plaza at walking distance. The house has a beautiful backyard and lot of common spaces to study or work. Room is clean and well maintained. All utilities included. This location has a total of 5 rooms which out of which 3 are private and 2 in sharing. I am from Mumbai, India and a student at Algoma University. My roommate will be moving out on 30th June. All the roommates are working full time and only use the common space during 7pm to 11pm. The house is quiet during the day. We keep the house clean and do not share any common household items to avoid conflict. A huge dining space and common room is available to spend time. |
