| I am looking for a jack of all trades to fix a house in order to sell. Free rent in return for 20 hours a week of labor. Must have carpentry/ electrical skills/ construction skills Must like dogs. Work would include painting / industrial type cleaning / organizing/ some dog sitting _ installing a basement kitchen/ general repair of a house inside and out/ fixing a hot tub _ fixing fences and decks. Mowing lawn and pool and garden maintenance. Would have own bedroom with king sized bed and furnished living room. Free wifi. Use of pool and BBQ. MUST HAVE REFERENCES and good credit / no criminal record and must have driver's licence . Some driving required . Would suit retired or semi - retired man with lots of experience in all areas .
