Hi, I’m a 38yr old male looking for a room to rent. I am a very clean guy and keep the room and surroundings clean and tidy always. Always pay rent on first of every month. Living in Canada for last more than 10 years and so can provide all the landlords references if needed. Used to work for General Motors but got shoulder injury so working for Skip the Dishes currently. Can pay $500 or less. Looking for a private room which includes parking and utilities. Hope to hear from anyone soon. May start renting from July 1st onwards. My current landlord is selling his house in Bowmanville, so I have to relocate.
