| Hello, I have a lovely 3 bedroom bungalow in Bowmanville with a bright bedroom available on a short term basis. This would be ideal for an OPG worker on contract. The bedroom is on the main level and is in a very quiet neighbourhood. There is a tenant with a cat in the basement and the landlord uses one room occasionally. The house is quiet and private. The kitchen is outdated but clean and functional. It will be renovated in late October/early November which is why the house is only available short term. There may be a potential to rent after the renovations are completed. This would be negotiated later.
