Our home is located in a safe and walkable neighborhood, just minutes to public transportation. The spacious bedroom and bathroom both have windows. It comes furnished with a large double bed (new mattress), dresser, desk, and full closet. The 4pc bathroom is just off the bedroom. Shared kitchen, washer and dryer are available on the main floor. All utilities and wifi included. There is no; parking, pets, smoking, drugs, loud noises, overnight guests or parties allowed. Proof of income, first and last months rent as well as a key deposit is required. Rent is $800 / month. The ideal house mate would be a foreign student, who is enrolled in a full-time two or three year program and is a high achiever. Someone who is clean, friendly and respectful.
